- • Own the entire partner acquisition lifecycle for the DACH region—from deep market intelligence and prospecting through signed agreements and first-dollar revenue—so that every new partner becomes a predictable growth engine within 12 months.
- • Proactively hunt and qualify high-potential agencies, consultancies, IT resellers, and complementary software vendors across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland; use data-driven scoring to prioritise targets that can deliver ≥€500k ARR within two years.
- • Run a consultative “commercial teaching” sales motion: diagnose each prospect’s business model, co-design a joint go-to-market plan, and present ActiveCampaign’s AI-first platform as the strategic backbone that accelerates their clients’ success.
- • Architect and execute a 90-day activation playbook for every new partner—delivering tailored onboarding, joint marketing campaigns, sales enablement workshops, and technical certifications—to guarantee rapid time-to-first-deal and long-term retention.
- • Act as the single point of accountability between newly signed partners and internal teams (Customer Success, Engineering, Product Marketing, Finance); marshal resources to remove blockers and ensure SLAs are met or exceeded.
- • Continuously refine the DACH partner value proposition by synthesising field feedback, competitive intel, and win/loss data; feed insights into global Product and Marketing to sharpen positioning and roadmap priorities.
- • Maintain a hyper-accurate Salesforce pipeline with rigorous forecasting discipline; deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews that quantify partner sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and ROI on co-marketing investments.
- • Collaborate with Channel Marketing to launch regional events, webinars, and account-based campaigns that generate qualified partner leads and nurture existing relationships at scale.
- • Champion ActiveCampaign’s inclusive culture by sourcing diverse partners and ensuring equitable access to program benefits, thereby expanding our ecosystem’s reach and relevance.
- • Mentor junior team members and share best practices across EMEA to elevate the overall partner acquisition capability and replicate DACH successes in adjacent markets.
