- • As a Partner Experience Specialist at HubSpot, you will play a crucial, behind-the-scenes role in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of our global partner program. You won't be directly interacting with our partners or clients; instead, your expertise will be instrumental in supporting the infrastructure that enables our partners to thrive.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to uphold the integrity and compliance of partner-sourced deals. This involves meticulous auditing of transactions and generating accurate reports to identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement. By ensuring that all partner activities adhere to our established guidelines, you will safeguard the reputation and efficiency of our partner ecosystem.
- • A significant aspect of this role is enhancing partner satisfaction through indirect means. You will contribute to this by streamlining the escalation handling process and working to reduce response times for operational queries. By improving the backend support systems and processes that partners rely on, you will indirectly foster a more positive and efficient experience for them.
