- • As a Partner Manager at Rillet Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in expanding the company’s market reach by deepening relationships with accounting and advisory partners, including top-tier firms such as the Big 4. This role is revenue-generating and strategic, directly contributing to Rillet’s mission of enabling finance teams to achieve zero-day close through its AI-native ERP platform. Your work will help scale partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, turning ecosystem relationships into measurable business outcomes.
- • You will build and manage relationships with accounting firms, advisory partners, and other strategic partners, serving as the primary point of contact to align on goals, enable collaboration, and drive joint go-to-market initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing executive stakeholders and their delegated teams, driving partner engagement through regular touchpoints and enablement, identifying opportunities within partner networks, and generating pipeline through co-selling with the Sales team. You will also help partners understand Rillet’s product, positioning, and ideal customer profile, coordinate joint initiatives such as events, webinars, and co-marketing campaigns, represent Rillet at partner meetings and on-site engagements, track partner performance, gather feedback for internal teams, and contribute to building scalable processes and playbooks as the partnerships function grows.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in strategic partnership management within the accounting and technology sectors, gain exposure to executive-level stakeholder engagement at leading firms, and sharpen your ability to drive revenue through ecosystem collaboration. You will learn how to align complex organizations around shared goals, build repeatable partnership motions, and contribute to the scaling of a high-impact go-to-market function in a fast-moving, AI-driven SaaS company. 🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6 years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, consulting, or other customer-facing roles
- • Experience working with or selling into accounting firms, with Big 4 or Top 100 CPA firm experience being particularly attractive
- • Background in accounting is strongly preferred; CPA or prior Big 4 experience is a plus
- • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and drive action across stakeholders
- • Comfortable partnering with Sales on co-selling, deal alignment, and progression
- • Highly organized with strong follow-through across multiple partners and initiatives
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
