Partner Operations Associate

📋 Description

• • The Partner Operations Associate role at Workato is critical to ensuring the smooth operation and scalability of the partner ecosystem in the APAC and EMEA regions. As a detail-oriented, process-driven professional, you will serve as the primary operational resource for partner inquiries, issue resolution, and automation initiatives, directly contributing to partner satisfaction, program health, and revenue growth.
• • Day to day, you will act as the main point of contact for partner operations and enablement inquiries across APAC and EMEA, build and maintain Workato automations (recipes and flows) for internal and external partners, monitor partner health metrics via dashboards, manage tier compliance, own end-to-end partner onboarding including system access and milestone tracking, maintain CRM and PRM data integrity, serve as the liaison for system and product updates, manage the Partner Portal tech stack, build and maintain Sigma Dashboards for leadership insights, and manage the partner deal and referral pipeline by identifying stalled opportunities and coordinating with stakeholders.
• • You will join Workato’s Partner Operations team, which supports a global network of 400,000 customers through its enterprise orchestration platform. Based in Alabang, Philippines, you will report to the US-based Partner Operations team and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive process improvements, ensure data accuracy, and enable scalable partner programs in a fast-growing, innovation-driven SaaS environment.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in partner operations, SaaS go-to-market strategies, automation workflows (especially Workato), CRM and PRM systems, data reporting via Sigma, and cross-functional project management. You will gain experience in scaling partner programs, driving process improvements, and influencing partner success — positioning yourself for growth into senior operations, enablement, or partner management roles within a high-growth technology company.
