  • • As a Partner Relations Specialist, your primary focus will be on cultivating a positive, professional, and highly customer-focused interaction. You will achieve this by actively listening to the needs of healthcare providers and their office staff, and by communicating with clarity, consistency, and empathy.
  • • A key responsibility of this role is to proactively address and resolve provider grievances. This involves understanding the root cause of dissatisfaction, investigating issues thoroughly, and implementing effective solutions that not only resolve the immediate problem but also prevent recurrence.
  • • You will serve as a crucial point of contact for Provider Education, offering expertise and essential resources on a wide range of topics that impact provider satisfaction and network retention. This includes staying abreast of industry changes and Vytalize Health's evolving services.
  • • To excel in this role, you will conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand complex provider concerns and appeals. You will coordinate timely and effective resolutions by engaging directly with providers and collaborating closely with internal Vytalize Health teams, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
  • • The Specialist is directly responsible for creating and nurturing customer loyalty, which directly translates into improved retention rates. This is achieved by establishing and maintaining positive, collaborative relationships with providers and their office staff through consistent, proactive communication, delivering unparalleled service, and ensuring the prompt and efficient resolution of all issues.
  • • You will be a brand ambassador for Vytalize Health, consistently representing the organization in a positive, professional, and ethical manner in all interactions.
  • • Effective communication is paramount. You will communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally, both verbally and in writing, ensuring that all information shared is accurate and easily understood.
  • • Providing accurate and up-to-date information to providers is a core function. This includes details about Vytalize Health's programs, policies, and any relevant updates that may affect their practice.
  • • You will be expected to respond to provider issues in a timely fashion, adhering to established department standards. This involves working collaboratively with various internal teams, such as credentialing and roster management, to expedite issue resolution.
  • • Regular updates to providers and their office staff throughout the resolution process are critical to maintaining trust and satisfaction.
  • • Collaboration with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts is essential for effective problem-solving. You will work closely with teams across the organization to ensure comprehensive and accurate resolutions.
  • • Performing high-quality work is non-negotiable. You will consistently follow standard operating procedures, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
  • • Issues will be escalated according to department guidelines to ensure that complex or time-sensitive matters are addressed promptly and efficiently, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
  • • A key performance indicator will be the ability to resolve customer interactions on the first contact whenever possible, demonstrating efficiency and a deep understanding of provider needs.
