- • Lead strategic partner relationships with Franchise, Mid-Market, and SME automotive partners across the UK, focusing on senior decision-makers including C-suite stakeholders.
- • Embed within partner organisations to understand internal dynamics, business drivers, and decision-making processes to ensure Carwow is deeply integrated into their operations.
- • Proactively identify partner pain points, goals, and needs, then develop tailored solutions to maximise value derived from the Carwow partnership.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners on product usage, industry trends, and best practices to enhance engagement and outcomes.
- • Conduct regular business reviews to assess partner satisfaction, measure performance against objectives, and uncover opportunities for revenue growth and product adoption.
- • Drive product adoption and usage within partner organisations by delivering compelling data insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing partner accounts to increase revenue penetration and contract value.
- • Collaborate with sales teams to generate new business opportunities and expand Carwow’s footprint within partner dealership groups.
- • Negotiate contract renewals and amendments to optimise revenue, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnership sustainability.
- • Monitor partner health metrics and leverage data analysis to proactively identify churn risks, address issues before escalation, and improve retention.
- • Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, measure the impact of partner initiatives, and develop scalable strategies for engagement and growth.
- • Stay informed on industry trends and macroeconomic factors affecting automotive retail to anticipate partner challenges and position Carwow as a strategic enabler.
- • Maintain accurate partner records and activity tracking using CRM tools to ensure consistent communication and alignment across internal teams.
- • Build and sustain long-term, high-trust relationships that position Carwow as an indispensable partner in partners’ business success.
- • Support the development and implementation of data-driven partner success frameworks to standardise best practices across the partner portfolio.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years in Account Management
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex products to diverse audiences
- • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of an organisation including C-Suite
- • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics tools
- • A passion for technology and a desire to help partners succeed
