- • Your responsibilities will span the entire partner lifecycle, from seamless onboarding to proactive retention strategies. You will guide partners through the implementation of Flex's platform, ensuring they are equipped to leverage its full capabilities, including real-time eligibility verification, complex split payment handling, and the issuance of Letters of Medical Necessity at checkout. Your expertise will empower brands to unlock substantial new revenue streams by tapping into the $150 billion in annual HSA/FSA spending potential.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to serve as the voice of the partner within Flex. You will meticulously gather, synthesize, and surface partner feedback to our product, engineering, and sales teams. This crucial feedback loop will directly inform our product roadmap and strategic decisions, ensuring that Flex continues to evolve in alignment with market needs and partner expectations. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping the future of our offerings.
- • You will be tasked with driving the increased adoption and utilization of Flex's products across our partner base. 🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, or Account Management, with a strong emphasis on relationship building and retention.
- • Previous experience working within a startup environment, ideally at a seed through Series B stage, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to growth.
- • Proven experience managing Mid-Market accounts, with a strong preference for exposure to Enterprise and High Growth/Accelerated startup segments.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of accounts with exceptional organizational skills and a methodical approach to process management.
- • High Emotional Quotient (EQ) with a proven track record of building trust and acting as a strategic partner to clients.
