- • Jane Technologies, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and proactive Partnership Growth Specialist to join our expanding Partnerships team. This role is pivotal in scaling our engagement with practitioner communities, focusing on the crucial top-of-funnel activities of partner discovery and early relationship building. As a founder-led, high-growth SaaS company dedicated to helping the helpers, Jane provides essential tools and products for thousands of clinics, enabling them to run their businesses, care for patients, and foster community growth. Our mission is deeply intertwined with the success of our customers, and partnerships are a key driver in authentically introducing more practitioners to Jane.
- • In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining a consistent, high-quality pipeline of potential partners across our Ambassador, Affiliate, Association, and Education programs. This ensures that the Partnerships team always has a robust set of opportunities to explore and cultivate. Your efforts will directly contribute to the team's ability to nurture and expand existing relationships by freeing up their time from the initial sourcing stages.
- • A core responsibility will be the discovery and surfacing of new communities, creators, educators, and organizations that practitioners inherently trust. This requires approaching the work with a deep sense of curiosity, empathy, and care, understanding the nuances of the practitioner landscape and identifying credible influencers and entities.
- • You will be tasked with creating and continuously improving an organized, systematic process for researching, tracking, and prioritizing potential partners. This involves balancing the need for thoughtful, in-depth exploration with the imperative of consistent, reliable delivery. Developing and refining these processes will be key to the scalability and efficiency of our partnership efforts.
- • A significant part of your role will involve initiating personalized outreach and leading early discovery conversations. The goal is to build genuine trust, clearly articulate Jane's purpose and value proposition, and lay a strong foundation for program owners to foster long-term, successful partnerships.
- • Collaboration is central to this position. You will work closely with the broader Partnerships team, sharing insights, aligning on strategic priorities, and contributing to the overall strengthening of how Jane scales its partnership discovery initiatives. Cross-functional collaboration with other departments will also be essential to ensure a cohesive approach to growth.
- • The ideal candidate possesses strong research skills and an innate curiosity, enabling them to effectively identify individuals and organizations that hold influence within practitioner audiences. Excellent written communication skills are paramount, particularly the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach messages that resonate with potential partners.
- • You should be highly detail-oriented and comfortable leveraging CRM systems, spreadsheets, and project management tools to maintain accurate tracking and reporting of partner prospects. A collaborative mindset and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly within a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment are also crucial.
