  • • You will be instrumental in leveraging your deep understanding of the complex healthcare landscape, including current trends, persistent challenges, and evolving priorities, to expertly guide clients toward impactful and sustainable solutions.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to collaborating with both internal Press Ganey teams and external client stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, identify critical improvement opportunities, and implement robust support processes that effectively advance each client’s unique patient experience goals.
  • • A key aspect of your responsibility will be to harness the power of data analytics, drawing upon industry best practices, facilitating peer networking opportunities, and utilizing Press Ganey’s proprietary programs and insights to deliver proactive, actionable intelligence that informs and empowers client decision-making.
  • • You will lead the charge in the day-to-day execution of client-specific improvement strategies, ensuring a seamless and coordinated effort across all relevant Press Ganey support teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • • Cultivating a profound understanding of client stakeholder challenges, needs, and strategic priorities will be paramount, enabling you to effectively align Press Ganey’s comprehensive suite of solutions and insights to support their critical decision-making processes.
  • • You will be responsible for delivering both on-demand and proactive improvement support, skillfully leveraging advanced analytics and compelling thought leadership to consistently demonstrate the unique and differentiated value that Press Ganey brings to its clients.
  • • A significant part of this role involves cross-functional collaboration with internal departments such as consulting, marketing, data science, and knowledge management. This collaboration is essential for the creation and adaptation of innovative resources, including toolkits, insightful blog posts, compelling case studies, and scalable insights specifically tailored to meet the needs of key client stakeholders.
  • • You will act as a key liaison, partnering closely with Application Support Specialists to guarantee timely and strategically aligned follow-through on client initiatives, ensuring all actions are in lockstep with each client’s overarching patient experience (PX) strategy.
  • • A vital contribution will be your close collaboration with product, technology, and delivery teams. This partnership will focus on identifying emerging market trends and providing crucial feedback to inform and shape the future development of Press Ganey’s solutions, ensuring they remain at the forefront of the industry.
  • • You will coordinate and co-present regular, comprehensive client performance reviews alongside the Managing Director, providing clear insights into progress and strategic direction.
  • • You will take a leading role in supporting and executing industry programs, webinars, online communities, and events. These initiatives are designed to foster valuable client networking opportunities and powerfully reinforce Press Ganey’s established value proposition within the healthcare sector.
  • • You will collaborate effectively with the Growth team to proactively identify evolving client needs and potential areas for enhancement, delivering expert best-practice recommendations that are designed to drive demonstrable and measurable impact.
  • • This role requires a commitment to continuous learning and adaptation in a dynamic healthcare environment, ensuring clients receive the most current and effective guidance available.
  • • Ultimately, you will be a trusted advisor, empowering healthcare organizations to elevate their patient care and achieve superior patient experience outcomes through strategic partnership and data-driven insights.
