🎯 Requirements

  • • 1-3 years of experience in customer support, patient support, or a related service-driven role.
  • • Proven experience supporting customers or patients via written communication channels such as chat, email, or ticketing systems.
  • • Prior experience in a HIPAA-regulated environment such as healthcare, telehealth, pharmacy, insurance, or medical offices is required.
  • • Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
