• • The Payroll Associate role at Deel is an entry-level position focused on supporting day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring accurate data entry, record maintenance, and compliance with payroll regulations—playing a vital role in enabling global teams to be paid correctly and on time.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in payroll data processing, maintaining accurate employee records, verifying and reconciling employee data (salaries, hours, deductions), supporting China-specific payroll tax calculations and filings, addressing employee payroll inquiries, and helping maintain compliance with local and international payroll laws.
