- • As a Payroll Implementation Manager at Deel, you will lead the end-to-end implementation and data migration of payroll systems for global clients, ensuring seamless transitions, accurate data transfer, and compliance with local tax and labor laws across LATAM regions.
- • You will manage project setup, client onboarding, and cross-functional coordination, including kickoff meetings, scope management, status reporting, and weekly client calls to track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- • You will oversee system configuration, parallel payroll runs, go-live sign-offs, GL reporting, and post-implementation validation, while maintaining detailed documentation and serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- • You will collaborate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Compliance) and external stakeholders to gather requirements, implement change management strategies, and provide training and support, gaining deep expertise in global payroll operations and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the future of work.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations
- • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance across designated LATAM locations (Peru-Chile)
- • Experience with payroll systems and software, including data migration, system configuration, and testing
- • Client-facing project management experience with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred); PMP certification is a plus
- • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
