- ⢠As a Payroll Implementation Manager at Deel, you will lead the end-to-end implementation and data migration of payroll systems for global clients, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate data transfer in compliance with local regulations.
- ⢠You will manage project setup, client onboarding, payroll process configuration, system testing, go-live sign-off, and ongoing communication, serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- ⢠You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define payroll calendars, configure interfaces and reports, and oversee parallel and live payroll runs for months 1 and 2.
- ⢠You will maintain detailed documentation, manage project plans, escalate issues when necessary, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership while driving change management and employee training for smooth adoption.

šÆ Requirements
- ⢠5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations.
- ⢠Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance across Poland.
- ⢠Experience with payroll systems and software.
- ⢠Client-facing project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
- ⢠Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- ⢠Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- ⢠Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- ⢠Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Masterās preferred).
