📋 Description

• As a Payroll Implementation Manager at Deel, you will lead the end-to-end implementation and data migration of payroll systems for global clients, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate data transfer in compliance with local regulations.
• You will manage project setup, client onboarding, payroll process configuration, system testing, go-live sign-off, and ongoing communication, serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define payroll calendars, configure interfaces and reports, and oversee parallel and live payroll runs for months 1 and 2.
• You will maintain detailed documentation, manage project plans, escalate issues when necessary, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership while driving change management and employee training for smooth adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance across Poland.
• Experience with payroll systems and software.
• Client-facing project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
