Payroll Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Payroll Manager at Deel, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for internal employees in the US, with support for Canada and LATAM as needed, ensuring accurate, on-time payments and compliance with payroll policies and regulations.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and processing semi-monthly and bi-weekly US payroll across multiple entities, maintaining payroll records, verifying compliance with SOC and SOX standards, managing employee pay and tax status changes, preparing error-free reports for accounting, and collaborating with Engineering, Product, Finance, and People teams on taxation and reporting.
• • You will work within Deel’s global, remote-first team of over 7,000 employees spanning 100+ countries, contributing to a company that processes $11.2 billion in annual payroll and is recognized as a leader in global HR and payroll innovation.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in multi-state and multi-entity payroll, gain experience with enterprise payroll systems like Workday and ADP, strengthen your understanding of accounting impacts, and develop leadership in payroll operations within a high-growth, mission-driven SaaS environment.
