📋 Description
- • As a Manager, Payroll Operations at Deel, you will lead a team of specialists to deliver timely, accurate, and compliant payroll across multiple entities, playing a critical role in ensuring global workers are paid correctly and on time in support of Deel’s mission to unlock global opportunity.
- • You will manage day-to-day payroll operations, act as a subject matter expert on payroll regulations, establish and enforce internal controls, monitor performance metrics, and drive process improvements in collaboration with product, engineering, and internal teams.
- • You will join Deel, a fast-growing global HR and payroll platform serving clients in 150+ countries, with a distributed team of 7,000+ employees across 100+ countries, known for its innovation in global work infrastructure and recognized as a CNBC Disruptor 50 and Forbes Cloud 100 company.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in global payroll operations, gain experience scaling processes in a high-growth SaaS environment, and build a career as a trusted leader in the future of work, with opportunities to influence cross-functional initiatives and mentor a rapidly expanding team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7+ years of payroll operations experience, including team leadership
- • Strong knowledge of local and multi-country payroll regulations
- • Experience driving process improvement and using payroll systems
- • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and internal teams
- • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
