  • • As a remote position, this role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within the U.S., reporting directly to our experienced Payroll Services Manager. You will be an integral part of a team committed to delivering exceptional payroll services.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to accurately process payroll for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. This involves managing all aspects of the payroll cycle, from data entry and verification to tax filings and reporting.
  • • You will be instrumental in maintaining and updating payroll records, including employee information, wage and hour details, deductions, and tax withholdings. This requires a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to data management.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve collaborating closely with clients to gather necessary payroll information, address their inquiries, and resolve any payroll-related issues promptly and efficiently. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is key.
  • • You will perform regular audits of payroll data to identify and correct any discrepancies, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all payroll transactions. This proactive approach helps prevent errors and ensures smooth operations.
  • • Responsibilities extend to staying abreast of changes in payroll laws, tax regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous compliance and optimal payroll processing. This includes understanding and applying updates to tax tables, wage garnishments, and other statutory requirements.
