  • • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to team leads and managers across Innatera, providing guidance on leadership development, team dynamics, culture, and organisational health to drive high-performance teams.
  • • Own and evolve key strategic People & Culture initiatives including performance & development management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and organisational design, aligning them directly with business objectives.
  • • Translate business priorities into actionable people solutions by leveraging people data, feedback, and operational insights to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • • Manage the full lifecycle of manager-led people processes including onboarding, offboarding, role transitions, performance conversations, and organisational changes, ensuring consistency and fairness.
  • • Provide expert support on complex employee relations matters such as underperformance, conflict resolution, illness, and terminations, ensuring compliance with Dutch labour law and internal policies.
  • • Review, create, and maintain people policies that are legally compliant, business-aligned, and supportive of employee well-being and organisational integrity.
  • • Lead and coordinate collaboration with Innatera’s Works Council in partnership with the People Operations team to ensure lawful and constructive employee representation.
  • • Foster a culture of psychological safety, inclusion, accountability, continuous learning, and ownership through targeted initiatives and daily leadership engagement.
  • • Act as the primary point of contact for managers on sensitive HR matters, offering coaching, training, and practical advice to build managerial capability and confidence.
  • • Drive structured approaches to ambiguous people challenges by defining clear processes, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring sustainable execution from concept to implementation.
  • • Support the Head of People & Culture on broader People & Culture projects, including culture shaping, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • • Ensure full compliance with Dutch employment legislation and internal HR frameworks, escalating complex legal or ethical issues to legal advisors when necessary.
  • • Maintain a hands-on, collaborative mindset, balancing strategic planning with operational execution across multiple priorities in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • • Communicate people topics clearly and pragmatically to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership, using sound judgement and empathy.
  • • Contribute to building a scalable, healthy organisation by identifying capability gaps, leadership challenges, and structural inefficiencies, and proposing data-informed solutions.
  • • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to embed People & Culture principles into business operations, ensuring alignment with Innatera’s core values: innovators, care for people, one team, competitive, build customer value, growth mindset.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Solid experience in a senior HR / People role such as HR Business Partner, People Business Partner, or People & Culture Manager with hands-on leadership partnering and employee relations experience
  • • Proven experience in a fast-growing, international, technology-driven environment supporting leaders through rapid growth, change, and evolving people processes
  • • Strong coaching and advisory skills with a track record of supporting managers and employees through complex people topics including performance, development, conflict, feedback, illness, and terminations
  • • Experience running or improving core people processes such as performance reviews, development cycles, goal setting, feedback, calibration, or manager enablement
  • • Good understanding of Dutch employment law and internal policy frameworks with the judgement to know when to involve legal counsel or escalate sensitive cases
  • • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity: shaping broad people topics into practical, stakeholder-aligned approaches and driving them into execution
