  • • Immersive Labs is seeking a dedicated People Operations Specialist to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience as the company scales its innovative cyber resilience SaaS platform. This position is crucial for maintaining a world-class internal team experience, ensuring that every "Immerser" has the opportunity to succeed within a high-performance culture. The specialist will be instrumental in architecting the employee journey from initial onboarding through to complex global mobility, all while upholding the integrity of people data. This role is ideal for a meticulous and forward-thinking professional who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and is passionate about process improvement and automation.
  • • As a People Operations Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical functions designed to support Immersive Labs' growing global workforce. You will take the lead in refining and managing core employee lifecycle stages, including the seamless onboarding of new hires, facilitating internal role transitions, and ensuring a smooth and compliant offboarding process. Your ownership will extend to documenting, analyzing, and optimizing People Operations workflows, proactively identifying bottlenecks, and implementing scalable solutions to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. A significant aspect of your role will involve serving as the operational lead in cross-functional collaborations with departments such as Finance, IT, Legal, and Payroll, ensuring that all handoffs are executed flawlessly and that global expansion efforts are robustly supported.
  • • You will also be responsible for managing global mobility and compliance, partnering closely with external counsel and internal teams to navigate visa processes, relocation logistics, and ensure adherence to right-to-work regulations, including I-9s and their international equivalents. Maintaining the integrity of people data will be paramount; you will own the HRIS as the "source of truth," conducting regular audits, fulfilling Tier 2 reporting requests that may involve sensitive compensation and equity data, and ensuring the organization is consistently audit-ready. Furthermore, you will act as a key advocate for employees, providing rapid, high-touch support for their inquiries, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency, and managing the People team's ticketing system, JIRA. You will also oversee statutory compliance, managing mandatory reporting such as EEO-1, gender pay gap reports, and regional labor surveys, ensuring all employment documentation meets local regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include executing and owning timelines and deliverables for key People programs, such as performance review cycles and various cultural initiatives, and you will also provide support for vendor management.
  • • Immersive Labs is a leader in people-centric cyber resilience, offering a cutting-edge SaaS platform that helps organizations continuously assess, build, and prove their cyber capabilities through realistic simulations. Founded in 2017 and having secured over $180 million in funding, the company is on a global stage, serving major brands like Citi, Pfizer, Humana, and HSBC. The People Operations team is the core of the company's culture, dedicated to ensuring that as the platform scales, the internal team experience remains exceptional. This role is an opportunity to contribute to a company with a strong vision in cybersecurity and a proven track record of growth and innovation.
  • • In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop deep expertise in HRIS systems and process automation, becoming a subject matter expert in operational excellence. You will gain invaluable experience in managing global mobility and compliance, a critical function for a rapidly expanding international company. Furthermore, you will hone your analytical and problem-solving skills by ensuring data integrity and supporting reporting needs. This position offers a chance to significantly impact the employee experience and contribute to building a high-performance culture, providing a platform for significant professional growth and development within the cybersecurity tech sector. You will also have the chance to learn about and contribute to various People programs, gaining end-to-end project management experience.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, coupled with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. You will be adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Absolute discretion and integrity are essential, given the sensitive nature of the data handled. This role is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, innovative company that is making a significant impact in the cybersecurity industry, offering a chance to refine your skills in a supportive and inclusive environment where your contributions are valued and directly impact the company's success and culture.
