- • Prepare and manage HR documentation including employment letters, confirmations, extensions, transfers, and other standard HR records.
- • Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS and internal tracking systems, ensuring all updates are completed on time.
- • Support onboarding execution by preparing documentation, coordinating system access, and ensuring Day 1 readiness with relevant teams.
- • Track attendance, leave, and timesheet records, flagging discrepancies and supporting payroll-related reporting.
- • Support benefits administration including insurance enrolment, updates, and claims coordination.
- • Assist with offboarding execution, including clearance processes, system access removal, asset return tracking, and final documentation.
- • Support HR data audits and compliance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- • Ensure timely and reliable execution of core HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle.
- • Work with precision and consistency in a fast-paced environment to uphold data integrity and operational standards.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to align HR processes with team needs and company policies.
- • Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and confidentiality.
- • Proactively identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance HR operational flow.
- • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR documentation, benefits, and administrative inquiries.
- • Ensure all HR systems and records are updated in real-time to reflect current employee status and changes.
- • Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to provide accurate attendance and leave data for processing.
- • Maintain compliance with local labor regulations and internal HR policies through consistent recordkeeping and audits.
- • Support the scaling of HR operations as the company grows, adapting processes to accommodate new hires and evolving needs.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or People Ops–related roles.
- • Strong attention to detail and discipline in handling data and documentation.
- • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- • Familiarity with HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and HR documentation workflows.
- • Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- • Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and discretion
