- • Prepare and manage HR documentation including employment letters, confirmations, extensions, transfers, and other standard HR records.
- • Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS and internal tracking systems, ensuring all updates are completed on time.
- • Support onboarding execution by preparing documentation, coordinating system access, and ensuring Day 1 readiness with relevant teams.
- • Track attendance, leave, and timesheet records, flagging discrepancies and supporting payroll-related reporting.
- • Support benefits administration including insurance enrolment, updates, and claims coordination.
- • Assist with offboarding execution, including clearance processes, system access removal, asset return tracking, and final documentation.
- • Support HR data audits and compliance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- • Ensure timely and reliable execution of core HR operations across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
- • Handle HR documentation with precision and consistency, maintaining strict adherence to data accuracy standards.
- • Coordinate with multiple teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees.
- • Monitor and reconcile attendance and leave records to support accurate payroll processing and compliance.
- • Manage insurance enrolment processes and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and claims coordination.
- • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee information and HR records.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing corrective actions.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring all HR operational tasks meet quality and timeline expectations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or People Ops–related roles.
- • Strong attention to detail and discipline in handling data and documentation.
- • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- • Familiarity with HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and HR documentation workflows.
- • Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- • Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and discretion.
