- • You will be the central point of execution for strengthening and scaling the operational foundation that supports every facet of the employee journey, from initial engagement through to offboarding.
- • This position is ideal for a proactive, hands-on individual contributor within a global People Operations framework, collaborating closely with the Director of Global People Operations, Team Leads, and various cross-functional stakeholders.
- • Your responsibilities will span the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal mobility, compensation adjustments, leave management, and offboarding, ensuring each process is executed with precision, care, and a focus on the employee experience.
