- • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Payroll, IT, and Finance departments to orchestrate smooth transitions and maintain consistent, clear communication with employees.
- • Actively contribute to enhancing employee engagement by designing thoughtful onboarding experiences, recognizing key milestones, and supporting regional initiatives that build connection and improve retention.
- • Proactively identify friction points within the employee lifecycle and implement strategic improvements that elevate the employee experience, enhance the integrity of documentation, and boost operational scalability.
- • *Benefits, Leave & Wellness Programs:**
- • Oversee and continuously refine the benefits portfolio for both the U.S. and Costa Rica, ensuring strict alignment with local legal requirements, global company standards, and evolving employee needs.

- • Support critical compliance-related processes, including background checks, policy acknowledgments, mandatory reporting, and preparation for audits.
