  • • Directive Consulting LLC is seeking a Performance Creative Designer (Remote Canada) to build and maintain a cohesive visual identity across three divisions and the Stratos AI platform, ensuring brand consistency while driving measurable performance in paid media and sales enablement—this role directly impacts revenue by translating complex B2B value propositions into high-converting creative assets.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and producing static and motion ad creatives for LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic channels across required aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 16:9); editing raw video into polished :15, :30, and :60 ad units; collaborating with media teams to interpret performance data (CTR, watch time, scroll-stop rate) and iterate creatives via A/B testing; building and maintaining a scalable design system with clear brand standards; designing sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, proposal templates, one-pagers, and case studies that communicate Directive’s three-division model to enterprise prospects; partnering with growth and strategy teams to align visual storytelling with sales narratives; and ensuring zero off-brand assets ship without review.
  • • The team operates as a remote-first, revenue-first marketing consultancy serving B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, industrial, and commerce brands, with a culture rooted in data-driven creativity, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership—designers work closely with media, growth, and strategy teams to ensure creative decisions are tied to performance outcomes.
  • • In this role, you will learn to merge brand craftsmanship with performance marketing rigor, gaining expertise in designing for complex B2B audiences, building scalable design systems from scratch, using data to drive creative iteration, and producing high-impact video and static assets that influence enterprise buying decisions—you’ll leave with a portfolio proven to move metrics in real campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–5 years of professional design experience, with a meaningful portion in an agency, professional services, or B2B marketing environment
  • • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video editing
  • • Demonstrated experience designing for paid social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube) including understanding platform specs, attention constraints, and scroll-stopping creative
  • • At least 1–2 years of motion graphics and short-form video production experience
  • • Experience designing sales and pitch materials for professional services or B2B contexts, with ability to translate complex value propositions into clear, compelling visuals
  • • Familiarity with Figma for design systems and component libraries, and comfort with generative AI tools as part of daily workflow
