- • Performance Creative Designer role focused on creating data-driven visual assets for digital advertising campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok to stop the scroll and drive measurable results.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing ad sets, landing pages, motion graphics, and short-form video cutdowns; editing video assets for platform-specific ad units; collaborating with media and content teams; supporting internal marketing; maintaining brand consistency; conducting A/B tests using tools like Optimizely and Unbounce; performing user research and usability testing; iterating designs based on data and feedback; managing multiple projects; and staying current with CRO, UX, and emerging tech trends.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years experience in graphic design with a focus on performance-driven creative and conversion rate optimization
- • 1 year experience with motion graphics
- • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign
- • Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
- • Knowledge of performance marketing metrics such as A/B testing, CRO analytics, heatmapping, and experience designing for data-driven campaigns
