- • Performance Creative Designer at Directive Consulting LLC is a remote-first role focused on creating data-informed visual assets that drive measurable results in performance marketing channels such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. This position bridges creative design and conversion optimization, where design decisions directly influence client KPIs and business outcomes for B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, industrial, and commerce brands.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include crafting compelling static and motion design assets like ad sets and landing pages backed by data to improve digital marketing KPIs; producing motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns optimized for social platforms; editing existing video into high-performing ad units tailored to platform specs and attention spans; collaborating with media and content teams to align creative with audience insights and campaign goals; maintaining brand consistency across assets while adapting to different audience segments; partnering with internal and client teams to understand business objectives and inform A/B test designs; designing and implementing A/B tests using CRO tools like Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazyegg; conducting user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to validate design decisions; iterating designs based on feedback, data, and test outcomes; managing multiple projects while communicating updates to stakeholders; and staying current on CRO, UX, and emerging tech trends including AI applications in marketing.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on performance-driven creative and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- • 1 year of experience with motion graphics using tools such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro
- • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for static and interactive design
- • Basic video editing skills and familiarity with motion graphics workflows
- • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including A/B testing, CRO analytics, heatmapping, and designing for campaign optimization
- • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional and client teams
- • Proactive mindset for staying current on industry trends, including AI and automation in marketing and design
