- • As a Performance Designer at Maneuver Marketing LLC, you will play a pivotal role in scaling one of APAC’s fastest-growing DTC health and wellness brands, contributing directly to the creation and optimization of high-converting creative assets that drive measurable revenue across global markets. Your work will sit at the critical intersection of design, data, and performance marketing, where every static ad, video concept, and post-click experience is engineered to improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- • You will concept, design, and assemble winning static and video ads tailored to diverse audiences, platforms, and funnel stages (TOF, MOF, BOF), leveraging performance data trends to inform creative hypotheses and iterative testing. Collaborating closely with Creative Strategists, you’ll transform insights into visually compelling assets — from hook frames and caption variations to KV swaps and format adaptations — ensuring each piece is optimized for CTR, CVR, and profitability.
- • In post-click experience design, you will audit, redesign, and optimize landing pages, funnels, and CRO flows including listicles, advertorials, quiz funnels, subscription pages, and upsell/downsell sequences, working to reduce friction and increase conversion rates across the customer journey.
- • You will collaborate with Amazon, retention, product, and tech teams to extend high-performing creative into new channels and funnels, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment while amplifying the scale of winning concepts across touchpoints.
- • Maintaining and evolving the team’s creative research bank — including swipe files, templates, and idea documentation — you’ll help institutionalize winning formulas and improve cross-team collaboration using visual tools like Miro or Milanote to map customer journey touchpoints and streamline iteration loops.
- • Ensuring compliance and quality, you will partner with media and product teams to uphold brand integrity and adhere to Meta/TikTok/YouTube ad policies, catching potential issues early to prevent ad disapprovals or wasted spend.
- • You will integrate AI tools (e.g., GPT, Midjourney, Runway, Elevenlabs) into your workflow to accelerate creative production, generate variant ideas, and automate repetitive tasks, collaborating with tech and growth teams to scale AI-assisted processes across the organization.
- • Success in this role is defined not just by volume of output, but by consistent creative wins, testing velocity, cross-functional collaboration, compliance excellence, and measurable improvements in campaign efficiency and customer journey performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in performance design, growth creative, or related performance marketing roles with a proven track record of creating ads and funnels that scale profitably for 8-9 figure brands (portfolio required)
- • Strong understanding of paid algorithmic platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and how design elements impact key performance metrics such as spend, CTR, CVR, and LTV
- • Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva, and the ability to brief editors and creators effectively
- • Knowledge of CRO, landing page design, and customer journey funnel optimization, with experience designing post-click experiences like quizzes, listicles, and subscription flows
- • Familiarity with AI creative tools (GPT, Kling, Midjourney, Runway, Elevenlabs) and interest in workflow automation and AI-assisted creative processes
