- • Design and execute high-converting email marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition for HIGHER! dopamine-fueled 1-7 day challenges in crypto, AI, trading, and related verticals.
- • Write compelling, persuasive copy for email sequences, landing pages, and promotional content that aligns with the brand’s mission of life transformation and rapid achievement.
- • Optimize email performance through A/B testing of subject lines, CTAs, messaging tone, and send times to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- • Collaborate with the growth and product teams to develop new challenge concepts and refine existing ones based on user engagement data and feedback.
- • Build and segment email lists using CRM and marketing automation tools to deliver personalized, behavior-triggered messaging to different audience cohorts.
- • Analyze campaign metrics including CTR, conversion rate, churn, and LTV to inform future copy strategies and budget allocation.
- • Maintain brand voice consistency across all email communications, ensuring alignment with the energetic, results-driven, and community-oriented HIGHER! identity.
- • Source and integrate user testimonials, success stories, and social proof into email content to enhance credibility and emotional resonance.
- • Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure email templates are mobile-responsive, visually engaging, and technically functional across all major clients.
- • Stay current with email marketing trends, platform updates (e.g., Apple Mail Privacy, Gmail filters), and regulatory changes (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) to ensure compliance and deliverability.
- • Scale email acquisition efforts beyond Crypto Banter’s existing audience by identifying new audience segments and testing untapped acquisition channels.
- • Work cross-functionally with community managers to align email messaging with in-challenge experiences and post-challenge retention strategies.
- • Rapidly iterate on copy based on real-time performance data, with a bias for action and measurable outcomes over theoretical perfection.
- • Document campaign workflows, copy frameworks, and performance benchmarks to enable knowledge transfer and team scalability as the business grows.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in performance email marketing with a portfolio of high-converting campaigns
- • Exceptional copywriting skills with a focus on persuasive, benefit-driven, dopamine-triggering messaging
- • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
- • Strong analytical skills to interpret email metrics and optimize campaigns using data
- • Ability to write compelling copy for fast-paced, results-oriented audiences in crypto, AI, or trading niches
- • Self-starter mindset with experience working in early-stage, rapidly scaling startups
