📋 Description

• As a Performance Marketing Creative Designer at Breakout (backed by Kraken), you will own end-to-end creative production for all paid acquisition channels, driving growth through high-velocity, data-informed ad creatives that convert.
• Day to day, you will produce 30+ performance marketing assets monthly across video, static, and motion formats for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, Reddit, programmatic, and CTV, leveraging AI tools and Adobe Suite to iterate fast based on performance data.
• You’ll join a fast-moving, global, remote-first team at Breakout, a Kraken-backed crypto prop trading firm solving industry trust issues through transparent rules and real payouts, working closely with both Breakout’s growth team and Kraken’s elite performance marketing unit.
• In this role, you’ll sharpen your AI-native creative workflows, set the standard for performance-driven design at Breakout, and directly impact trader acquisition by turning insights into scalable, localized, high-CTR creatives that compound across Kraken’s brands.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition) and Figma.
• Deep hands-on experience with AI creative tools including Veo 3, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Sora, and ElevenLabs as core workflow components.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality video, static, and motion creatives at speed across multiple formats, markets, and languages.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing creative principles — what drives CTR, lowers CPA, and adapts to platform-native formats.
• Self-driven, data-informed mindset with sharp creative instincts and the ability to translate dashboard insights into next creative steps.
