📋 Description

• As a Performance Marketing Creative Designer at Kraken, you will design high-impact visual assets that drive user acquisition and engagement across paid media channels, directly supporting the company’s mission to accelerate global crypto adoption.
• Day to day, you will collaborate with marketing and growth teams to conceptualize, design, and iterate on ad creatives for platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, ensuring brand consistency while optimizing for performance metrics such as CTR and conversion rates.
• Kraken is a fully remote, mission-driven crypto exchange with a global team of over 70 countries, committed to security, education, and client support, offering a culture rooted in innovation, inclusivity, and financial freedom.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in performance-driven design, learn to balance creative excellence with data-informed iteration, and contribute to campaigns that onboard millions into the crypto ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for motion and static ad creation
• Experience designing performance-focused creatives for paid social and search platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and ability to maintain visual consistency across campaigns
• Portfolio demonstrating successful ad creatives that drove measurable engagement or conversion results
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively across time zones in a fast-paced, asynchronous environment
• Nice-to-have: Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial services advertising
