📋 Description
- • Own end-to-end execution of paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google App Campaigns (UAC/GAC), Apple Search Ads (ASA), DSPs, and emerging channels primarily targeting Anglophone African markets, with focus on Nigeria, Kenya, and Ghana.
- • Manage campaign planning, audience segmentation, budget allocation, optimization, and scaling to drive user acquisition and reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- • Develop and maintain a continuous pipeline of high-performing creative assets for static, video, and UGC formats, working closely with in-house creative teams, regional growth members, and external creators.
- • Translate performance data into actionable creative recommendations, rapidly iterating on ad content to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- • Repurpose existing influencer and creator content into performance-driven ad assets aligned with campaign objectives and regional cultural context.
- • Leverage mobile measurement platforms (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Branch to evaluate attribution, track campaign efficiency, and inform budget allocation decisions.
- • Monitor and report on acquisition performance across channels, providing clear insights to stakeholders and supporting broader funnel optimization across activation and retention.
- • Collaborate with Product, Data, Brand, CRM, and Creative teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives and user behavior insights.
- • Build and execute structured experimentation plans testing audiences, bidding strategies, creatives, landing experiences, and new acquisition channels to identify scalable growth opportunities.
- • Stay current with industry trends, platform algorithm updates, privacy changes (e.g., iOS ATT), and emerging growth tactics to maintain competitive advantage.
- • Identify and validate new growth opportunities through rigorous testing and data-driven validation, moving quickly from insight to execution without waiting for direction.
- • Work cross-functionally to ensure creative and messaging are locally relevant, culturally resonant, and optimized for mobile app users in emerging markets.
- • Support global acquisition efforts beyond core markets by adapting strategies to new regions and channels as needed.
- • Maintain a data-first mindset, prioritizing opportunities based on performance metrics and business impact rather than instinct or assumption.
- • Embrace ownership of global outcomes, taking responsibility for campaign performance and continuous improvement across all assigned channels.
- • Operate in a fast-paced environment with a bias for action, consistently delivering results under ambiguity and evolving constraints.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing and paid acquisition
- • Proven experience managing acquisition campaigns for a consumer mobile app, including understanding of mobile measurement, attribution, and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch)
- • Strong creative strategy skills and experience developing performance-driven content
- • Experience working across multiple international markets
- • Highly self-directed with a strong bias toward action and execution
