- • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable acquisition outcomes while reinforcing a unified ALU brand narrative across all entities and programs.
- • Develop and manage always-on brand presence strategies across digital and social channels to build recognition and affinity among prospective students, partners, and stakeholders.
- • Partner with content and creative teams to produce campaigns that reflect ALU’s mission, values, and student impact, translating institutional messaging into compelling, audience-specific narratives.
- • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns spanning brand awareness, performance media, and email marketing aligned with organizational objectives and intake calendars.
- • Own the end-to-end email marketing function, including lifecycle campaigns, nurture flows, newsletters, and re-engagement programs, ensuring segmentation, compliance, and data governance.
- • Design and execute segmented email campaigns that guide prospective students through the admissions funnel from awareness to application to enrollment.
- • Manage paid media channels including search, social, display, and video with a focus on efficiency, audience targeting, and measurable outcomes such as MQLs, applications, and enrollments.
- • Adopt a test-and-learn approach to paid channel optimization, proactively reporting on performance and refining strategies to improve ROI.
- • Manage campaign budgets across brand and conversion objectives, ensuring efficient allocation of spend and adherence to financial guidelines.
- • Own campaign attribution models and ensure accurate tracking across the full marketing funnel from awareness to enrollment.
- • Build scalable campaign frameworks and reusable playbooks that support both acquisition and brand objectives across ALU, ALCHE, ALUSB, executive education, and centres of excellence.
- • Provide regular, actionable reports on campaign performance across brand, email, and paid media, communicating results against agreed KPIs to leadership and stakeholders.
- • Use data to surface insights that inform future campaign strategy, creative direction, and channel investment, ensuring all marketing activity meets brand, compliance, and data governance standards.
- • Monitor and optimize email performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, deliverability, and list health through A/B testing of subject lines, content, send times, and audience segments.
- • Stay current on marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices, bringing proactive recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and innovation.
- • Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Content, Events, and admissions teams to gather assets, insights, and content for campaign development and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- • Conduct audience research and message testing to continuously refine campaign positioning, relevance, and resonance with target demographics.
- • Maintain a healthy, segmented email database and ensure adherence to privacy regulations and data governance policies.
- • Ensure all campaigns, paid or organic, present a coherent and differentiated ALU brand voice across all touchpoints and channels.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- • Minimum 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in digital or integrated marketing with a strong track record in both performance and brand campaigns
- • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end email marketing programs using platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- • Proven experience running paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- • Demonstrable proficiency in campaign reporting tools including Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards
- • Experience working in a cross-functional environment collaborating with creative, content, data, and admissions teams
