Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the full-funnel performance marketing engine for Hightouch—design, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic channels that directly influence ARR growth and pipeline creation.
- • Build and manage a multi-million-dollar annual budget with ruthless efficiency; forecast spend, set CAC and ROAS targets, and re-allocate dollars weekly based on real-time performance data to maximize revenue impact.
- • Architect and iterate on account-based marketing (ABM) programs that target high-value enterprise prospects; partner with Sales and RevOps to ensure every ad dollar turns into qualified pipeline and closed-won deals.
- • Deep-dive into attribution models (first-touch, multi-touch, self-reported) to prove which channels, creatives, and audiences drive the highest LTV; present findings in a concise, board-ready narrative every month.
- • Launch always-on experimentation—A/B test ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, creative formats, and audience segments at a velocity of at least 10 concurrent tests to uncover 20%+ efficiency gains quarter-over-quarter.
- • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate complex data-integration value props into crisp, differentiated messaging that resonates with data engineers, marketers, and CTOs alike.
- • Partner with Design and Content to produce thumb-stopping visuals, short-form video, and interactive assets that cut through the noise of a crowded MarTech landscape.
- • Instrument and maintain a best-in-class martech stack (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Demandbase, Metadata, Segment, HubSpot, Tableau, etc.); ensure pixel hygiene, UTMs, and server-side tracking are bulletproof.
- • Own the end-to-end lead-to-revenue reporting dashboard; surface insights that help Sales prioritize follow-ups and help Finance predict quarterly bookings with 95%+ accuracy.
- • Mentor and manage a small but mighty team of channel specialists and contractors; set OKRs, run weekly stand-ups, and foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and rapid iteration.
- • Act as the voice of the customer inside marketing—synthesize win/loss calls, Gong snippets, and NPS feedback to refine targeting and messaging continuously.
- • Stay ahead of platform changes (iOS privacy updates, cookie deprecation, AI-driven bidding) and proactively adjust strategy so Hightouch remains a category leader.
- • Represent Hightouch at industry events and webinars, turning thought-leadership appearances into measurable pipeline through integrated nurture workflows.
- • Champion data-driven decision making across the entire go-to-market organization; teach best practices in SQL, experimentation design, and statistical significance to non-marketing stakeholders.
- • Deliver a predictable, scalable growth engine that helps Hightouch 3× ARR in the next 18 months while keeping payback periods under 12 months.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in B2B SaaS with ownership of at least $1M annual ad spend and proven revenue impact.
- • Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and at least one programmatic DSP (e.g., Demandbase, RollWorks, or Metadata).
- • Advanced SQL skills and experience building attribution dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or Mode; ability to query raw data without analyst support.
- • Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS funnel metrics—MQL, SQL, SQO, win rate, CAC, LTV, payback period—and how to optimize each stage.
- • Nice-to-have: Experience marketing technical or data products to data teams, familiarity with Segment, dbt, or reverse-ETL concepts.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Fully remote-first culture with quarterly off-sites in destinations like Tahoe, Lisbon, or Mexico City—flights, hotels, and meals covered.
- • Competitive salary plus meaningful equity in a fast-growing, well-funded Series B company valued at $1+ billion.
- • $1,500 annual learning stipend for courses, conferences, or certifications plus dedicated "10% time" every Friday for experimentation.
- • Platinum-level medical, dental, and vision insurance fully paid for you and 75% for dependents, plus a $500 monthly wellness stipend.
