  • • Your primary responsibility will be the comprehensive management of the Chairman's daily life. This encompasses a wide array of tasks, from meticulously managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating personal errands to overseeing family-related matters. You will be the central point of contact for ensuring that daily routines are optimized, to-do lists are managed efficiently, and personal commitments are handled with the utmost care and precision. This includes anticipating needs, arranging for meals, managing wardrobe preparations, overseeing deliveries, and making reservations, all contributing to a smoothly functioning personal environment.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve coordinating all travel arrangements. This includes both personal and business-related travel, encompassing flights, ground transportation, and accommodation bookings. You will ensure that all travel logistics are handled seamlessly, efficiently, and in accordance with the Chairman's preferences and schedule, minimizing any potential disruptions and maximizing comfort and productivity during transit.
