- • As a Personal Assistant to the Chairman at BJAK Sdn. Bhd., you will be an indispensable pillar of support, ensuring the seamless operation of both the Chairman's personal life and key executive functions. This critical role, based in China, is designed for an individual who thrives on meticulous organization, proactive problem-solving, and unwavering discretion. You will be the trusted confidant and operational backbone, enabling the Chairman to dedicate their full energy and focus to leading BJAK as it solidifies its position as the world's leading digital insurance group.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously manage the Chairman's daily schedule, appointments, and a wide array of personal and family-related matters. This includes anticipating needs, coordinating all aspects of daily life, and ensuring that personal commitments are handled with the utmost efficiency and care. You will be the central point of contact for managing personal logistics, from arranging daily meals and wardrobe preparation to overseeing deliveries and making reservations, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted personal life.
- • A significant part of your role will involve coordinating complex travel arrangements. This encompasses both business and personal travel, including flights, ground transportation, accommodation bookings, and itinerary planning. You will ensure that all travel is managed seamlessly, efficiently, and in line with the Chairman's preferences and requirements, minimizing any potential disruptions.
- • Beyond personal logistics, you will extend executive-level support by assisting with critical business initiatives. This includes preparing for meetings, diligently tracking action items and follow-ups, and ensuring that key priorities are managed effectively. Your support will contribute directly to sharper decision-making and a more focused professional environment for the Chairman.
- • You will also be responsible for managing personal errands and coordinating with a network of household vendors and service providers. This requires excellent vendor management skills, ensuring that services are delivered to a high standard and on time. Furthermore, you will play a key role in arranging gifts, orchestrating celebrations, and coordinating family or personal events, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a thoughtful approach.
- • Professional and discreet liaison with family members, external contacts, and the Chairman's personal network will be a core function. You will act as a professional representative, maintaining clear communication channels and upholding the Chairman's reputation.
- • Financial administration for personal matters will also fall under your purview. This includes tracking personal payments, managing insurance claims and renewals, and meticulously organizing personal documentation, ensuring financial affairs are kept in order.
- • Maintaining absolute confidentiality and discretion is paramount. You will handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and security, understanding the critical nature of the information entrusted to you.
