  • • Your primary mandate is to safeguard the Chairman's time and energy. This involves expertly managing their daily schedule, appointments, and personal to-do lists. You will be the gatekeeper of their calendar, ensuring that every commitment is accounted for, optimized, and executed flawlessly. This extends to anticipating needs and proactively addressing potential conflicts or overlaps, thereby creating a structured and predictable environment that fosters peak performance.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve comprehensive travel coordination. This includes arranging all personal and business-related travel, encompassing flights, ground transportation, and accommodation.
