- • As a Personal Assistant to the Chairman in Hong Kong, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of both the Chairman's personal life and providing crucial executive-level support. This role is designed for an individual who thrives on meticulous organization, proactive problem-solving, and unwavering discretion. You will act as the central point of contact for a wide array of personal and professional matters, safeguarding the Chairman's time and energy so they can dedicate their full focus to leading BJAK, a rapidly growing digital insurance group.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to manage the Chairman's daily life with precision and foresight. This includes meticulously organizing their calendar, scheduling appointments, managing personal errands, and overseeing family-related affairs. You will be the architect of smooth transitions, ensuring that every aspect of the Chairman's personal schedule is handled efficiently and effectively. This extends to coordinating all aspects of travel, including flights, ground transportation, and accommodation, for both business and personal trips, ensuring a stress-free travel experience.
- • Beyond logistical coordination, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of personal needs. This encompasses arranging meals, preparing wardrobe selections, overseeing deliveries, and making reservations for various activities and venues. You will also be tasked with running personal errands and acting as the primary liaison with household vendors and service providers, ensuring that all domestic needs are met with the highest standards.
- • A significant part of your role involves orchestrating personal events and celebrations. This includes arranging thoughtful gifts, planning family gatherings, and coordinating other personal events, demonstrating a keen understanding of the Chairman's preferences and needs. You will also professionally engage with family members, external contacts, and the Chairman's personal network, maintaining positive and productive relationships.

This requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure all financial and administrative matters are up-to-date and well-maintained.

This may involve preparing for meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups on action items, coordinating with internal teams, and helping to track key priorities.
