Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of activities, including:
• • Engaging in close collaboration with senior engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gain a deep and nuanced understanding of our customers' most pressing needs and operational challenges.
• • Applying your advanced research acumen to conceptualize, design, develop, and rigorously test novel AI and Machine Learning solutions tailored to address these identified needs.
• • Taking ownership of the development, comprehensive evaluation, and iterative refinement of AI/ML models, with a particular emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs), to effectively resolve core business problems.
• • Conducting in-depth analyses of our existing technological platforms to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and proactively identify and propose opportunities for significant algorithmic or systems-level enhancements.
• • Acquiring invaluable hands-on experience with our robust production systems, gaining exposure to modern development workflows including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, specifically utilizing tools like GitHub Actions, and mastering Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles with technologies such as Terraform.
