- • Day to day, the therapist will conduct in-home PT sessions, manage patient care plans, utilize Luna’s proprietary technology for scheduling, documentation, and billing, and maintain communication with the clinical support team to ensure seamless service delivery.

🎯 Requirements
- • Valid and current Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona
- • Minimum of 2 years of outpatient orthopedic or neurologic physical therapy experience
- • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and digital documentation tools
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient education and family engagement
- • Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with remote clinical support teams
- • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes across Greater Phoenix
