🎯 Requirements
- • Valid and current Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona
- • Minimum of 2 years of outpatient orthopedic or neurologic physical therapy experience

- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient education and family engagement
- • Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with remote clinical support teams
- • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes across Greater Phoenix
