- • As a Platform Engineer at Lean Techniques Inc., you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining resilient, scalable infrastructure that powers the company’s applications, enabling reliable and efficient software delivery.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with engineering teams to improve system performance and reliability, automate infrastructure and deployment processes, manage cloud environments on AWS using Terraform, design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, operate containerized applications in Kubernetes, write automation scripts in Bash, and participate in incident response and long-term system improvements.
- • You will join a small, collaborative team of curious individuals who value autonomy, technical excellence, and solving complex infrastructure challenges in a remote-first environment that emphasizes freedom, flexibility, and meaningful impact.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and site reliability engineering while gaining hands-on experience with modern tools like AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions, and have the opportunity to drive improvements in system reliability, observability, and operational efficiency.
