- • As a Platform Engineer - Support at Interactive Brokers LLC in Mumbai, you will provide first-level technical support for Microsoft Windows platform issues, assisting business and development end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems to resolve or escalate IT problems.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving desktop, laptop, virtual machine, smartphone, printer, and peripheral issues; installing operating systems and applications; documenting solutions in the knowledge base; and providing timely updates on incident resolution while escalating complex cases when needed.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2+ years of technical support experience
- • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems
- • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Office 365 cloud suite
