Platform Engineer V

📋 Description

• • As a Platform Engineer V at Availity, you will serve as the principal technical contributor responsible for delivering observability services and leading observability practices for the infrastructure backbone of U.S. healthcare systems. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical platforms that support over 2 million healthcare providers and process over 13 billion transactions annually.
• • Day to day, you will own and evolve enterprise-scale observability practices, lead tooling and support for platforms like Splunk, Cribl, New Relic, and OpenTelemetry, oversee automated deployment solutions in AWS private cloud, mentor engineers, and drive infrastructure-as-code adoption using Terraform, Helm, and Ansible to ensure consistent, reliable platform operations.
