- • As a Platform Infrastructure Engineer (Containers) at Menlo Security, you will play a critical role in building and operating the company's core infrastructure platform that enables secure, global connectivity for customers including Fortune 500 enterprises, major banks, and government agencies.
- • Day to day, you will design, deploy, and maintain VM and Kubernetes infrastructure across GCP and AWS, build and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Spacelift, implement observability with Grafana Cloud and Prometheus, manage certificate lifecycle and service mesh networking, and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to ensure platform reliability and security.
- • You will join a globally distributed team of experienced engineers within a well-funded, growth-stage company backed by top-tier investors including Vista Equity Partners, General Catalyst, and American Express, working in a culture that values alignment, execution, customer empathy, creativity, and mutual support.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud-native infrastructure, automation, and reliability engineering while contributing to a security-first platform that scales across multi-region environments and supports mission-critical workloads for some of the world’s most demanding organizations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages including Python, Bash, and Go
- • Kubernetes expertise including cluster administration, RBAC, networking, workload management, and troubleshooting in production environments
- • Proven experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management
- • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services including GKE, VPC networking, Cloud DNS, Artifact Registry, Secret Manager, IAM, and Workload Identity
- • Experience with GitOps methodologies and tools
