- • Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact Business Excellence projects that shape the future of medical technology sales. You will own the full project lifecycle—from scoping and stakeholder alignment through execution, controlling, and communication—ensuring every initiative lands on time, on budget, and with measurable value for patients, providers, and the business.
- • Orchestrate complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives such as the Angio KPI Focus Plan, digital-hybrid selling pilots, and clinical-pathway go-to-market roll-outs across stroke, cardiac, neuro, and NDD segments. Your ability to translate strategy into crisp action plans will directly influence how thousands of clinicians experience our portfolio.
- • Act as the trusted bridge between the Head of Sales, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams. You will design and facilitate quarterly Performance Dialogues, Steering Committee calls, and ad-hoc war rooms—turning data into insight, insight into decisions, and decisions into accelerated revenue growth.
- • Own the KOL & Influencer relationship management strategy. You will map, prioritize, and nurture strategic key-opinion-leader networks in the USA and Germany, preparing VIP customer meetings that deepen clinical advocacy and open doors for new partnerships.
- • Drive disciplined governance across Sales Partner ecosystems (Delta, Cassling, Centella). From contract milestones to joint business plans, you will ensure every partner is aligned to our strategic objectives and compliant with evolving regulatory and data-privacy standards.
- • Champion data hygiene and CRM excellence. You will audit reporting pipelines, implement remediation workflows, and embed a culture of evidence-based selling across 70+ countries—empowering frontline teams with trustworthy, real-time insights.
- • Translate global sales strategy into crisp, executive-ready narratives. Your PowerPoint storytelling will distill complex clinical, financial, and operational data into board-level decks that secure funding, talent, and mindshare for next-generation initiatives.
- • Connect the dots between MSC Communications, LinkedIn campaigns, and field messaging. You will synchronize omnichannel content so that every tweet, webinar, and congress booth reinforces a unified value proposition to clinicians and health-system executives.
- • Embed change-management rigor in every project. Using proven consulting methodologies, you will anticipate resistance, design adoption pathways, and measure behavioral change—ensuring that new tools and processes stick long after go-live.
- • Mentor and up-skill a distributed project community of practice. Through lunch-and-learns, coaching clinics, and retrospectives, you will elevate PMO maturity and cultivate a resilient, high-performance culture across time zones and cultures.
- • Navigate a matrixed, 72,000-person organization with influence rather than authority. Your emotional intelligence, cultural fluency, and executive presence will turn ambiguity into clarity and competing priorities into shared wins.
- • Travel occasionally to customer sites, congresses, and innovation hubs in the USA and Germany. These touchpoints will keep you grounded in real-world clinical workflows and spark ideas for the next breakthrough project.
