• • Design & Build Tools – Architect and ship intuitive Unity Editor extensions, custom inspectors, wizards, and automation scripts that cut hours off daily workflows. Whether it is a one-click rig-import tool, a procedural level-layout generator, or a live device-streaming panel, your creations will be the force multiplier that lets teammates focus on creativity instead of friction.
• • Optimize Pipelines – Own the end-to-end asset pipeline from DCC packages (Maya, Blender, Substance) to in-engine prefabs. You will profile bottlenecks, compress textures, reduce draw calls, and validate bundles so that every 3D model, animation clip, and audio file lands in players’ hands at 60 fps on mobile, console, and emerging platforms.
• • Collaborate Across Teams – Embed with gameplay programmers, technical artists, animators, and QA to translate wish-lists into specs and specs into shippable tools. Run weekly demos, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly so that each release solves a real pain point and earns instant adoption.
