📋 Description

• • As a Staff Software Engineer in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) at Natera, you will design and deploy production-grade AI-driven systems that automate complex medical billing workflows using agentic LLMs, directly impacting healthcare financial operations and compliance.
• • Day to day, you will architect FastAPI services wrapping LLM calls, build intelligent agents to process EOBs and medical records via vision-augmented NLP, develop agentic RAG pipelines for real-time payer rule retrieval, and operate the stack on AWS ECS/Fargate with high-frequency CI/CD pipelines.
• • You will join a mission-driven team at Natera, a global leader in cell-free DNA testing, working alongside geneticists, clinicians, and engineers to advance personalized diagnostics through secure, scalable AI systems in healthcare.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare AI, production LLMs, and cloud-native systems while shaping the future of automated revenue cycle management with ownership over observability, security (HIPAA/SOC 2), and full-stack evolution including React-based UI extensions for human-in-the-loop agent oversight.
