- ⢠The Post Market Complaints Data Analyst drives quality excellence across post-market compliance and complaints, ensuring technical rigor and adherence to regulatory and internal standards in complaint analysis, risk management, CAPA, and record audit processes.
- ⢠Day to day, the role involves performing systematic reviews of quality records, conducting statistical analysis using MiniTab (including u-charts and Six Sigma methodologies), monitoring complaint data for trends, responding to ad hoc data requests, and supporting cross-functional teams in Quality, R&D, Operations, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and Post Market Surveillance.
- ⢠The role is part of ConvaTec, a global medical products and technologies company focused on solutions for chronic conditions, with over 10,000 colleagues in 90 countries and revenues exceeding $2 billion in 2024, committed to improving patient outcomes through innovative medical solutions.
- ⢠The analyst will develop expertise in regulatory compliance (EU MDR, 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971), advanced statistical analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and gaining influence in safeguarding product integrity and patient safety across global operations.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Advanced knowledge of post-market surveillance, product risk assessment, and complaint trending with experience at a medical device manufacturer, including familiarity with EU MDR, 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971.
- ⢠Advanced skills in statistical analysis of quality data, including control charts (e.g., u-charts), Nelson Rules, and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, process capability), with essential proficiency in MiniTab.
- ⢠Proficiency in Excel and MiniTab for data manipulation, visualization, and interpretation of large quality datasets to identify trends and support decision-making.
- ⢠Strong communication skills to present technical data clearly and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- ⢠3-5 years of experience in post-market surveillance, complaints, or quality engineering in a regulated environment.
- ⢠Masterās degree in a technical or scientific field preferred.
