- • As a Power BI Developer on Kyivstar’s Big Data product team, you will build and support advanced dashboards that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders and external clients, directly enabling data-driven decision-making across Ukraine’s largest mobile operator.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports; translating business needs into robust data models, KPIs, and visual solutions; collaborating with Product, ETL, and Data Science teams to ensure accurate and scalable reporting; optimizing data pipelines and dashboard performance; and providing ongoing support and enhancements to existing BI solutions while staying current with BI best practices.
- • You will join a forward-thinking, innovation-driven team at Kyivstar PJSC, the country’s most trusted mobile operator, where your work will directly impact business strategy and customer experience through high-impact analytics in a large-scale data environment.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise BI, data modeling, and performance optimization; gain hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, and Hadoop ecosystems; and grow into a trusted advisor who bridges technical execution with business value—positioning yourself for leadership in data analytics and BI architecture.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years’ experience as a Power BI Developer or similar BI/analytics role
- • Strong background in data warehousing, ETL and data modeling
- • Advanced SQL skills for querying and optimization
- • Experience with data architecture and engineering in enterprise-scale environments
- • Proven ability to design intuitive, user-friendly dashboards
- • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification (or similar) is a plus
