  • • The Pr Statistical Programmer role at Syneos Health is critical to ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of clinical trial data outputs that support drug development and regulatory submissions. This position directly contributes to advancing healthcare by enabling sponsors to make informed decisions based on high-quality statistical analyses.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing SAS programs to generate summary tables, listings, figures (TLF), and derived datasets per statistical analysis plans; performing validation programming; maintaining project documentation; managing timelines across multiple projects; leading and mentoring junior programmers; participating in sponsor meetings; and ensuring compliance with CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM, DEFINE.XML) and regulatory guidelines such as ICH.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Undergraduate degree in a scientific or statistical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and programming experience
  • • 8+ years of Clinical SAS Programming experience
  • • Strong experience in ADaM and TLF programming for safety and efficacy outputs
  • • Experience with submission package creation including ADRG and define.xml
  • • Experience with SDTM
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
