  • • As a Practice Success Manager (PSM) at Moxie Software Inc., you will be the pivotal client-facing professional, acting as a trusted partner and strategic advisor to a dedicated portfolio of approximately 50 aesthetic practices. Your primary mission is to empower these ambitious entrepreneurs to build and sustain profitable, independent practices, guiding them from their initial launch through to ongoing growth and management, all while preventing burnout and eliminating guesswork.
  • • You will be instrumental in enabling the successful launch and opening of new practices each month, ensuring they have a solid foundation for future success. This involves creating and meticulously managing a customized success journey for each practice within your book of business, tailored to their unique goals and challenges.
  • • Your role extends to providing expert advice and guidance on a wide spectrum of operational and strategic challenges. This includes assisting practices with critical decisions such as staff hiring, strategic device purchases, and the effective management of pharmaceutical accounts, all of which are vital for their day-to-day operations and long-term viability.
  • • A significant aspect of your responsibility will be to drive revenue growth for your practices. You will achieve this by providing comprehensive sales training, focusing on key metrics like Average Order Value (AOV), effective strategies for handling price shopping, and optimizing the consultation process to ensure consistent month-over-month revenue increases.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in helping practices expand their customer base through various growth initiatives. This could involve advising on and implementing strategies such as paid marketing campaigns, developing attractive membership programs, or executing targeted strategic promotions designed to attract and retain clients.
  • • You will serve as the primary point of contact and the go-to strategic advisor for each nurse-entrepreneur in your portfolio. Building strong, trusting relationships is paramount, allowing you to deeply understand their business needs and aspirations.
  • • To facilitate informed decision-making and track progress, you will conduct regular Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs). These reviews will provide practices with a clear understanding of their current business performance, highlighting areas of strength and identifying specific opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • • Your ultimate goal is to drive consistent, sustainable growth for each practice, actively working with them to achieve their projected annualized revenue targets. This involves a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
  • • A key component of your advisory role will be to optimize the pricing strategies and expense management for each practice. This ensures that they maintain healthy overall profit margins, a critical factor for long-term business sustainability and success.
  • • Internally, you will be the most vocal and effective advocate for your practices. You will collaborate closely with various Moxie teams, including Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development, to provide valuable feedback that enhances the current offering and contributes to the long-term strategic development of Moxie's products and services.
  • • You will leverage Moxie’s existing suite of tools and templates, focusing on helping your practices effectively implement and utilize them to their fullest potential. Your success will be measured by the tangible growth and operational efficiency of the practices you support.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of several years of direct, hands-on experience within the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service and operational best practices.
  • • Proven experience in building, managing, or significantly optimizing MedSpa businesses, such as through ownership, operations management, franchise leadership, or as a District/Area Manager or Operations Director.
  • • Demonstrated business acumen with a solid grasp of aesthetic business operations, including a clear understanding of what constitutes a healthy Profit & Loss (P&L) statement and how to achieve it.
  • • Exceptional service and coaching skills, characterized by empathy, a positive attitude, and excellent communication abilities to effectively guide and support practice success.
  • • An 'Act as Owner' mentality: highly action-oriented, willing to tackle any task, and committed to ensuring tasks are completed correctly and to a high standard.
