  • • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer business goals, security challenges, and technology environments in enterprise, hybrid, and cloud settings.
  • • Assess customer security architectures to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement in cloud-native and hybrid environments.
  • • Design and recommend scalable cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer requirements and industry best practices, with expertise in CNAPP across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • • Develop comprehensive solution proposals and technical documentation for customer-facing and internal use.
  • • Present security solutions, value propositions, and competitive differentiators to both technical teams and executive audiences through live or virtual demonstrations.
  • • Support product demonstrations, whiteboard sessions, and technical briefings to articulate complex security concepts in business-relevant terms.
  • • Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to validate, refine, and align proposed solutions with available platforms and tools.
  • • Assist with pre-sales proof-of-concept (PoC) efforts to validate technical fitness and demonstrate business value to prospects.
  • • Provide technical enablement and security-focused training to internal sales teams to enhance their ability to sell cybersecurity solutions.
  • • Ensure seamless handoff to post-sales delivery teams following opportunity closure, maintaining alignment on technical scope and customer expectations.
  • • Maintain high standards of documentation, including system and network diagrams, solution architectures, and customer presentations.
  • • Apply knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, and HITRUST to guide solution design and compliance alignment.
  • • Demonstrate strong technical identity governance and security knowledge, including CNAPP, CWPP, CIEM, and CDR technologies.
  • • Leverage expertise in mainstream security platforms including Wiz, Orca, Palo Alto Networks, SentinelOne, and CrowdStrike to inform solution recommendations.
  • • Exhibit strong communication skills to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • • Maintain high attention to detail, organization, and follow-up across multiple concurrent projects and customer engagements.
  • • Proactively identify potential problems, propose preventive measures, and contribute innovative solutions to evolving security challenges.
  • • Build and nurture relationships with customers, internal teams, and technology partners to foster collaboration and trust.
  • • Demonstrate results orientation by setting and achieving challenging goals in support of sales objectives and customer success.
  • • Maintain initiative to research emerging technologies, learn new platforms, and resolve technical challenges with a collaborative mindset.
